No credit or debit card information will be held on this site, all transactions are made independently through our payment services provider on our behalf, and for your added security.

Arranging a refund?
If you change your mind you can cancel your order up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery, you must inform us of your intention within this period and return the goods unused and complete with all parts, within 7 working days having taken reasonable care of them, we will then refund you within 30 days. Once the goods have been successfully returned we shall contact you using the information supplied when you made your purchase to confirm refund or replacement, as desired.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
All our products are checked prior to dispatch but damage can occour after this, such as in transit. If you have received a damaged item(s) contact our Customer Services immediately. We will validate your identity and assess the order. Products that need to be returned are bound by the same terms as 'Returning Goods'.
Please package the relevant item(s) securely, in its original condition and send it to us with a covering note confirming your name, address, reason for return and your order number.
Please note a refund can only be credited to the same credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase. In the case of cheque payments a cheque shall be issued to the individual or company that originally placed the order.
